What are you having for breakfast?

I've fallen into a pattern of having two breakfasts at the weekend if I'm just loafing about, rather than breakfast and lunch. Today I excelled myself and had three.

Breakfast #1 was a small bowl of grape nuts, #2 was an almond croissant and #3 was a fryup sandwich - vegan sausages, mushrooms and an egg left over from pancake day. It appears I can tolerate one egg, just not two. It had never occurred to me to just try halving the dosage :facepalm:
