I also hate this term. It's a word not a bomb but it came from the USA so I suspect they started using the term so the real bombs they drop in other countries don't sound as bad when people get used to the term.

Don't know much about this pope, like what his mother language is etc, it is quite easy to slip into using swear words in second or third languages, harder to know what is acceptable language or not.

You seem very sure the quote is made up, and you seem not to have commented on the substantive issue of whether Francis will permit gay men to be admitted to the priesthood.
