You're favourite feelgood movies?

Labyrinth is also one of my favourite films *ever*.
I *have* to see the Princess Bride at some point before I'm too much older - I love the book!

Nevertheless, the Edukators is the one I keep coming back to, and that makes me feel g:cool::cool:d about the world.

I dunno ..

scum?

the butcher boy ..

Actually its 'together' a swedish film about a commune. Saw it by accident and thought it was top.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off
Ghostbusters
Coming to America
Trading Places
Naked Gun (all 3)
Airplane (not the awful airplane 2 though)
Groundhog Day
Back to the Future

I forgot about Amelie - love it.

But, for the love of all that is good and right in this godforsaken planet, will you PLEASE take that FUCKING mis-spelling out of the title? WHAT is the apostrophe for? Sorry, but it is making my eyes bleed.:(

Night on Earth

I don't know if I'd class Night on Earth as a 'feelgood movie' but I definitely liked it. The Italian bit was my favourite. In isolation, that could be a feelgood bit. But the Polish(?) one was sad.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. The original of course, it's reminds me of simpler times and Gene Wilder is simply fantastic as Willy Wonka. And who could forget the Oompa-Loompas.

Gah! How did I forget about Amelie!

Also reminded of Ghostbusters, Trading Places and Groundhog Day. :)

Talking of trading places - my fella works in the City and had to go on a course to learn about commodity trading. When asked to give an example of a commodity, about three people immediately said 'pork belly' :D
