I think Robbie and Jermain may well be rotated depending on the opposition. They are slightly different but I wouldn't play them together. They need a big man with them and from what I've seen it has to be Mido. He may have a troublesome past but so did Cantona. Some of the stuff he did on his debut was spell-binding, and Kanoute, while consistent and a good banker isn't that exciting and doesn't score enough which is a problem with our goal-shy midfield. Ideally we need a Lampard in the centre of the park who can shot 10-15 goals a season.

Martin Jol seems to like a litt'e 'un and a big 'un up front, and I agree Mido is ahead of Kanoute at this point.

Does look like Mido's lost at least two stone in the summer, and it also looks like he's really bought into the Jol revolution. If he stay's 'in the mood' we'll score plenty.
