omelette - 8 eggs, bit of bacon or whatever meat is lurking in the fridge, oinion or spring onion, red or green pepper. topped with cheese and stuck under the grill 'til cheese melts. feeds all three of us.

Badgers has a staple of a tomato based pasta sauce with a can or two of tuna thrown in. Nom.
The bloody thing with trying to eat as healthily as possible (have been doing really well) is that you have to really think and prepare for meals!
