Just chop the garlic into a few chunks, throw it in the oil with 4 dried chillis, take them out when the garlic browns, throw in basil for a few seconds, take it it, then dump in the tomatoes and leave for 10 mins in the flavoured oil. Then everything onto the pasta once it's cooked. Top Italian noshing.![]()
