Shay Given is definitely one of my favourite players, I followed him since he was a brilliant Blackburn reserve.

OTM. If he'd been ten years older and in Big Jack's 90s Ireland team he'd surely get more respect than he has. Playing behind Newcastle's defence probably didn't help either.
