Nope.
There's an immersion heater in the bathroom propped up on a chair and some concrete blocks (I demolished the cupboard it was in
) .. which has its own little header tank at about 6 feet - which is adequate for providing a bath every week or two. The stopcock attached to it is turned off between baths. I have no other hot water apart from a kettle, and no central heating.
The only reason I would ever contemplate putting in a header tank would be to do with recycling grey water - if it ever proved to be an efficient way to do it.
I think I put a big tank in the loft when putting in the new upstairs ceilings in case a future owner had other ideas.
