Your favourite slobbing-round-the-house clothes?

As half of my wardrobe consists of slobbing around clothes, I find it impossible to pick a favourite. They're ALL fantastic - joggers, jims, fleeces, (95% of my tshirts are 10 years old +)

blue pj bottoms with small faded prints of butterfly outlines on, plus any vest top that's to hand

add to that a big old baggy hoody if its cold

i don't have any slobbing about clothes. feel like i'm missing out - mebe i should ask my mum for an oversized cardi for xmas?

aye, me too. though i have work jeans/trainers that i keep there.

I like leaving the house on a whim and hate changing. I wouldn't sit round in tight uncomfortable clothes waiting for an opportunity to skip out the door, but if I had proper slobbing about clothes I think I'd never get out of them and feel like a bit of a loser. I compromise with comfy but respectable clothes. Right now I have on leggings (yes, they are respectable ) and a hoodie. Should I need to leave all I'd have to do is put on a pair of trainers and I'd look alright to do most things.

I hope you all enjoyed this fascinating insight into my life.

Shorts or paint-spattered tracky bottoms and any of a number of T-shirts too far along the path to disintegration to be worn anywhere else - the PWEI one's a particular favorite but I doubt it'll survive another wash.

Four days out of five, these are also my work clothes...:D

i just don't wear uncomfortable clothes. i don't get why people prefer wearing ugly tracksuit bottoms and fleeces over jeans and t-shirts.

do you not get pissed off with the restrictions of clothing, and feel the need to strip it all off, and put something on that feels soft and comfy?

i don't. i like the clothes i wear. i feel good in them. although it doesn't bother me in the slighest if other people want to wear slobbing out clothes or clothes that they feel more comfy in when at home :)

I knew you were going to say that

sorry

but it's true :(

what restrictions?
all my clothes are soft and comfy.
what kind of freak wears clothes that are hard and uncomfortable?

I could get away with mine out of the house if I put some trainers on but the jogging bottoms are a bit naff tbh.

ah, well there's a difference - i can wear what i want to work
eta i read that wrong
why don't you get nice clothes for wearing out of work?
why would you want to look like a slob?

you're not buying the right jeans then - my jeans are well comfy.

I have comfortable jeans but they're outerwear imo. I always just pop on my jeans when im just about to go out. Doesnt take 2 seconds. Sometimes I take joggers to change into when I know I'm going to be at a friends house for long. :D
