I'm sure I'd piss myself laughing if I seen it now but at the time it scared the fuck outha me .

I remember that I think, was it a TV movie?

IIRC, his name was Scorpio and he was the deranged sniper in the first Dirty Harry film.

Of course it could be the same bloke in another film.
