Your favourite ice-cream?

My mate's dad died after an ice cream binge (as did one of Ben and Jerry) so I'm a bit wary of it, but I do like rum and raisin.

Ben and Jerry are both still alive, I checked.

I make my own ice cream but I always want to eat it before it's fully frozen (I don;t have an ice cream maker, just bung it in the freezertaking it out and beating it every 15-20 minutes).

Liquid, unless you like very dry ice cream. I'm sure it would be better if you made it yourself from eggs but Birds'll do fine.

My fav has to be Haagen Daz Pralines and cream though

Used to be a sucker for the expensive brand names but now I can't get enough of the local supermarkets own brand Mint Choc Chip, £1.19 for 2 litres of ice cream heaven.

Vanilla.

It used to be the home made vanilla of the Ben Ledi Cafe when the Lutis owned it, but the current owners buy in Soave. Which is Wrong.
