Your favourite film soundtrack

ennio morricone's soundtrack to 'the big gundown' has the most stirring theme song ever. it'd be my national anthem, if i got the choice.

the soundtrack which has had the most profound effect on me would be 'ghost world', if only because it introduced me properly to the blues.

Requiem for a Dream's pretty fucking ace, and of course Interstellar 5555 but maybe that doesn't count cos it's just a whole Daft Punk album, from start to finish.

One that's very good is the RZA's one for "Ghost Dog: Way Of The Samurai", a film that seems almost made just so he could make the score.

i like Trainspotting, Fight Club and old John Carpenter ones (The Fog, The Thing etc) Ones I've bought:
Requiem for a dream
Lock, Stock..etc
Ghost Dog
Lost in translation

I really like both Kill Bill soundtracks, and also Natural Born Killers, if only for the inclusion of the god-like Leonard Cohen. But my favourite film soundtrack is undoubtedly Moulin Rouge. :D
