I wanna see the actor who played Ziggy in The Wire S2 in something else... saw him in Ken Park and he plays this fucked up kid who ties belts between his neck and doorknobs while he wanks off and kills both his grandparents. Good actor but he looks so weasly so it'll be good to see if he can do anything else.

Yeah, he's hyper and crazy and kinda Ziggy-like in a way that guy. Good character though, and the dude's definitely got acting skillz. Can't think of a single person in the Wire's cast that I thought was a bad actor, although to be fair i'm pretty crap at judging 'em unless they're fairly obvious.

Wry and I were watching a film we can't remember now, but there was someone in it who we both commented 'Hey! That guy is a low rent Gary Busey'
We also think Gary Busey is a low-rent someone else, but he's too funny and quite frankly batshit insane to be too mean to.

Generation Kill is pretty short, 7 episodes, and like the Wire it's quite dense and slightly inaccessible at first until you get all the slang and general endless banter... not finished it yet, but it's good stuff. Quite bleak and also hilarious though. Soldiers singing along to Tainted Love and fnarrring all over the reporter's pic of his girlfriend
