XFM Top 100 British songs of all time

What absolute gash, that might be acceptable as one of their occasional x lists, but that list is shite

I used to think XFM was good, but I've since learned that it was crap even then

Is there no decent rock station in this country?

Nah it was good when they used to get their one off month-long licences, I tell you! They'd play Buttholes, Mudhoney, L7, Nirvana, Pavement, Hole, all in a row (back in the early 90s).

Innit xfm used to sweet for the grunge/alt stuff.

Then it got bought out by someone went national and went shit.:(

why are you even surprised. Commercial radio station in shit list shocker. So what if the listeners voted for it. People who are prepared to listen to adverts and commercial radio stations generally have no taste.

Don't bother me. I'm so hip even i think I'm a cunt.

Guest vocalist. Not really part of the band but Shara should probably be credited for being one of the most prominent parts of that track.

I don't think she was ever an official member of the group. Interesting how their other most famous track, "Teardrop" is female-fronted too (Elizabeth Fraser).
