Xbox 360's being banned off Live!!!

Hehe, just been on Live for the first time in ages and I'm not banned.

Whether this will change I don't know, but at the moment all is

And if you log on to someone else's network, they should be allowed to do what they like with that.

i can see this leadign to lost sales or rival netwroks being set up ... anti trust suit over the monoploy of xbox live anyone...
