In that he started out with a fairly dcent crew(black eyed peas) and now does lots of production for people and releases lots of shit songs under his own name and some really shit songs with the now fergised bep.

BEP were pretty decent pre Fergie but no way were they on a level with Tribe. For me BEP's biggest error was letting some white girl join. Although, to be fair Humps is a massive guilty pleasure of mine.

As for Wyclef, I must admit I liked The Carnival. I like his creole stuff as well, espec the tracks with Jacob Desvarieux and Jocelyn Beroard of Kassav' and the stuff with Tabou Combo. There agin, I just like zouk

He ripped off the Bee Gees in '97 on his album The Carnival, and I still don't "get" the Sam Goody endorsement that he slipped into the track. I don't think any of it rubbed off on Lauryn Hill, fortunately. The Miseducation Of. . . earned five Grammys, none of which can be attributed to Wyclef's imitation flavor.

I loved that album (miseducation of....)

She did cover 'You're just Too Good to be True' but nah she never reached the shamelessness of 'clef, even when she cracked up. I don't think that's possible lol
