Not by choice.

also, at the end of the day it will just be the England team with a different kit on.

if i had a choice i'd be brazilian:D:D

a couple of wales players would get in, just like any other region :)

Oddly enough most of the Scottish people Ive come across have been teetotal presbytyrians, who are pretty straight laced.

Ireland also has the highest per capita teetotallers.

But the Welsh do shag sheep. :D

The only people who can choose their nationallity in this respect are people like Vinny Jones ( who only stood a chance of getting into the Welsh team - not questioning his commitment tho - he rocked ).

Or Pat van der how the fuck did he get in. By being in th rUK for 5 years or whatever the ruling was, and quite frankly didn't really give a fuck.

I, of course am a Briton, not British.

I voted 'something else' cos now Giggs is 'over the hill' it would just be (as someone posted above) an England team in different shirts !

maybe scottish and welsh football wouldnt be so pony if they joined a decent setup

coming from northumberland, which used to be a big country as well back in them days, i find the whole nationalistic shite a bit sad tbh (and bishop auckland won the first 3 world cups. fact)

we are up against brazil, france which are also lots of regions

tell you what else is way cool, is that berwick never signed the peace treaty with russia that the rest of britain signed, so they are technically still at war with russia

But Scotland and Wales are separate countries, they are not and never have been regions.

When did those teams get ponies then?? Surely that should help coz ponies have 4 legs instead of two and therefore should be able to kick the ball better :D

I remember that being raised in the 60's but IIRC the Russians made a joke out of it and invited either the Mayor of Berwick or the Council leader to the Russian Embassy for a 'treaty signing' sometime about 1967.

not fussed if it happens for the olympics but fuck it for the rest pof the time.

and yeah i reckon joe cole would be ahead of giggs in the starting line up. be a danm good sub though!

might be able to sort out a decent keeper as well which would be nice, james, green etc dont really fill you with confidence.

50% of people have voted for a change in the current system  If that's doesn't tell us something, I don't know what does

I think Gabbidon and Bellamy would get in. Gabbidon has to be ahead of Rio or Sol on current form, and Bellamy surely better than say Richardson or Hargreaves...

What the fuck?!

Do Belgian players play for France?

Do Canadian players play for USA?

What the fuck?!

What kind of morons are voting 'yes'. The real debate is, should Wales and Scotland have their own teams in the Olympics- YES.

And also, I wonder how many of the people voting 'yes' aren't English. Likely the answer will be either none , or one or two.

behave and take the claret specs off. Gabidon is a resonably solid mid premiership level defender. he isn't that great though. And certainly not up to terry, rio, king, carragher levels and i will be shocked if he ever was.

I would possibly take bellemy over bent though.
