the one who plays the fiddle!I use either l'oreal feria, schwarzkopf live colour or garnier - normally one of them will be on special offer in boots/superdrug, so I'll go for whichever is the cheapest at the time, so normally wouldn't pay more than a fiver.

if you want a natural dark red, i found Schwarzkopf Live Color XXL in red passion good. i've go dark brown/black hair that is thick and very curly naturally, and this is the best dye i have found for colouring a nice deep red without pre bleaching. you will probably need 2 packs ( boots and superdrug often have offers).
section off your hair into back ( take a tail comb or pencil and run a line across your head parralell to tops of your ears. dye this bit first. then dye the sides ( section off fro top of ear to parralell to your outer eye) then the top of your hair. dye the mid part of the hair first, then the ends, then the roots. use a tinting brush helps get a more even colour and helps get close to your roots . easy peasy to do at home for £5-15 depending on hair length, brand used etc.

I was just saying that you don't want any disconcerting coulor clashes.
yesis that what cuff means?
