Got on the Victoria line with my boyfriend at the end of a boozy evening in the pub. My next recollection is being poked awake whilst lying flat out on the middle of the platform at Brixton station. My boyfriend was later found in Seven Sisters.

In bed with some hairy-arsed bloke (I'm not gay) in a flat in Koln, Germany, 1980. I remember being in the bar of the main railway station, where I had a long wait ahead of me for my train. This git must've met me there and offered me a bed for the night, and I guess I naively - and very drunkenly - took him at his word. The next thing I remember was him blowing me in his bed. He was still asleep when I woke up and I just wanted to get the fuck out so I put my clothes on quick and scarpered. Only later did I realise the c**t had taken all my money. Fortunately I still had my train ticket home (I lived about 30 miles away).

In the middle of a forest in the Lake District cuddling a tree and suffering from hypothermia (it was January). More scary was the fact that in my drunken haze I must have staggered across 2 railway lines and a main road to get to where I finally came to rest (spent the whole morning wandering around finding the 3 bags that I'd had with me and disgarded on the way).
