worst hip hop tune???

No. His Eminem beats are better.
Though just as formulaic as most of Dre's stuff.

you mean dres beats foor eminem or em's beats for 50? Umm dre is class one of the best hip hop producers of all time, although i'm loving just blaze, scott storch and swizz beats at the moment.(as is every hip hop artists it seems)

I think Dre is way past his best - he'll never top his The Chronic. I can take or leave Eminem too, though Forget About Dre is class.

I may be getting on a bit, but no. :) I can't remember anyone liking him.

The 'Marley Marl Scratch' with MC Shan still sounds great. I love that record!!! How can you hate Shan?????????

'All you other djs are a bunch of jerks,
Marley give 'em an example how a dj works..'

anything by 'brother lynch hung'
'9mm killer weed bitch" "rest in piss"

He might have some very strange, and unecessarily poor taste lyrics about murdering babies, but brother lynch hung had an amazing flow.

And he pretended he was dead long before tupac ;)

behave big pimpin, hard knock life, jigga what, sunshine and the likes are utter utter wank. If it wasn't for renegade, 99 problems and the nas diss stuff he would be my least favorite mc, the biggie biting wanker. and as for bonnie n clyde what a prick. 2pacs song about his gun changed to him being lovey dovey with his missus. He disgusts me!

and thats before i need to get into him fucking around M.O.P dame dash, beanie siegal, cam'ron and about to piss off half of the def jam roster(llcoolj already ain't happy, and dmx fucked off cos of jigga)

I hate him i hate him i hate him.

Ok you have a point some of those tunes you mention are a bit shit (don't agree about big pimpin' though!) but he has SO MANY classic tunes and relatively few shit ones, like 2 of brooklyn's finest, the verse he did on 'crazy in love', D'evils, and loads of others.

I think Jay-Z is amazing despite his slip ups.

And he's a humble biggie-biter:

"im not a biter im a writer for myself and others, when i say a BIG verse im only BIGgin' up my brother, biggin' up my borough....cos i know my own flow is foolish"

I was just gonna nominate Turtle Power by Partners in Kryme.....but then I remembered that I actually like that.

"In a half shell, they're the heroes four.
In this day and age who could ask for more?
The crime wave is high with muggings mysterious.
Our police and detectives are furious,
'Cause they can't find the source,
Of this lethally evil force.
This is serious so give me a quarter.
I was a witness, get me a reporter!
Call April O'Neil in on this case, and
You'd better hurry up, there's no time to waste!
We need help, like quick, on the double.
Have pity on the city, man it's in trouble!
We need heroes like the Lone Ranger
When Tonto came pronto, when there was danger.
They didn't say they'd be there in half an hour,
'Cause they displayed...Turtle Power!"

Hang on what the fuck is wrong with displaying Turtle Power? I display Turtle Power

Well if by "worst" you mean "best" yeah.

All novelty hip-hop/rap tunes are bad - "Stutter Rap" probably being up there with the worst.

In terms of "real" hip-hop, probably anything by 50cent or that "missing you" tune with Piff-Dobby or whatever he calls himself now.

:D :D

although i'm loving just blaze, scott storch and swizz beats at the moment.(as is every hip hop artists it seems
Finally some props for Just Blaze. He has done some fantastic shit but never seems to get as much UK recognition as the other Roc-A-Fella in house producer Kanye West. I easily prefer JB to be honest. It seems you have to step out from behind the desk to get mainstream respect as a producer; Dre, Timbaland, the Neps, Kanye, Lil Jon.

DJ premier didn't:cool:

'my humps' BEP
that tune pisses me off no end, especially as BEP were good when they brought out 'behind the front' then they got that slag and started knocking out complete shit

Anything by Ice T.

He paints himself as the godfather of rap but he's a nasal-voiced muppet with no flow whatsoever.

And we all know the godfather of rap was Spoonie G...
