worst album you ever bought?

In terms of most embarrassing, I'd have to say Jive Bunny.

But in terms of things I bought when I was a bit older and therefore trying to get 'good' music, I'd have to mention grotus - slow motion apocalypse. I read a review that described it as a mixture of Trans Global Underground and Butthole Surfers, which in theory ought to mean an utter cracker. But it was pretty poor, just a mess. I downloaded it on soulseek again recently thinking I might like it more, but no, still an utter mess.

When I was about fifteen I bought a copy of 'We Can't Dance' by Genesis.

And I actually liked it.

Spartacus by The Farm is probably the worst album I ever bought.

I got it signed by the band in HMV. In hindsight I wish they had written their names on the vinyl rather than the sleeve - and used a nail instead of a pen.
