Since moving out of office work, and into the care sector, my workplaces have been predominantly women, and in some cases ALL women.
I've never been aware of bitchiness (apart from the management, funnily enough) and generally found my female colleagues to be genuinely nice and compassionate people.

hey butterfly child, ya - i know - a lot depends on the group you work with i know, and this particular group is a problem. but it has also been noticable that once a month (ive been here three years so im fairly attuned) things are just unbearable.. i apologise if that came across as sexist, but i did believe that open chat was permissable on this site.
im leaving my job, following in the footsteps of the last guy. its got absurd. yesterday there were plenty of tears and one resignation. mines following on friday. my boss didnt even make it in today for unexplained reasons.
