It is not only a few spiders that eat woodlice (and shrews and small mammals) but also people. They can make a good sauce and are wholesome. They are related to prawns, crabs and such and so go well in seafood dishes.

sorry - bit drunk - i thought that you said that spiders don't only eat cheesybugs, but they eat people too.

Yes, and they are good in the kitchen - can cook up a good sauce. Rarely wash up after them though.
