Yeah, jade shoes is a good place to go. I have a pair of boots and some trainer type things from there.

Yeah I guess being tall and wearing heels can make one feel ultra sexy and cool. You have to make an effort to try and walk with grace though.

Yeah, when I first bought my boots for some strange reason I'd got it into my head that you were supposed to walk toe to heel.... I wore them out to a party and my friend told me I wasn't walking right. I basically told him he was wrong because my friend in front was walking the same. Trouble is she fails to walk with grace in heels at all.

i wore them today and was walking properly.Blip over.

I wouldn't say they had to be necessarily dangerous!! Then again I am not as experienced in the heels department as zenie is!

I keep seeing these in schuh and wishing I had money, and that I was a couple of inches shorter....

Aren't they so lovely. The sort that you could just be happy to have sitting on your shelf? I really would love them. I have no money though and am still becoming accustomed to the whole heels thing.

Oh hell,we can all share the house. It will have a swimming pool of course. And tall elegant pictures of boots and heels. All very stylish.

Before we got the shoes at the beginning of the thread I saw these and thought they were beautiful. Too expensive as a birthday pressie though for my friend..anyway,I like them.hehe

so someone tell me - how *do* you walk in heels? i just bought my first pair ever (apart from platform boots that don't count cos you just walk normally in them) and haven't ventured out in them yet. is it some weird thing with walking with your hips out in front cos that's the only way i can kinda work out how to do it.

So, we gave her the shoes and she was very pleased with them I think. Unfortunately they were too big so she's gonnna take them back tomorrow and swap 'em for a smaller pair. Still,she liked them, that's the main thing.
