Ah, see i love pointy shoes but with a kitten heel...........don't wear heels as am far too fat and it's way too hurty on the balls of my feet !

high heeled shoes are almost always prettier than low-heeled or flat shoes. Also I am a right shortarse and no one would see me if I never wore heels. Flat shoes make me fat.

There is only one reason for me to wear flat shoes: comfort. Lots of them aren't any more comfortable than heels so I might as well wear shoes I like.

I tend to do pointy with kitten heel, I don't often wear higher ones except for special occasions (when I won't be walking about too much).

If i said you could kick me up the arse with those anytime, would you please make you didnt tkae me seriously.

I'm a man of a certain age so I feel qualified to get inside the heads of women near my age .. and the wrinkle cream and hair dye adverts and even adverts for botox and surgery are clearly paid-for by sales ...

This particular colleague seems to have some sort of warped Marilyn Monroe thing going on - which is bizarre - she's my age - a teenager of the 70s ...

Sounds like sour grapes to me. Did she reject you?

i'm going to admit on this thread that i've got a pair of combat cut offs. hopefully no-one will see the confession here. i got the piss ripped out of me the other day for wearing them into work.

I hardly ever EVER wear high heels - mostly because I don't like teetering around and getting blisters - but there are some clothes that just look wrong with anything else. I like the shape it makes your legs go when you wear heels. So shoot me.

This. It's just too much like hard work, to me. I have worn them in the past, but now I'm an old fart who can't be bothered with the discomfort and I don't go to clubs/bars where one would wear them. I don't hate them, but I'm a bit bored of the stripper shoes that are in at the moment, especially when people insist on wearing them to go to Sainsburys.

I love those fetish pony shoes, love the look of them, but to wear? Nope.

If we are talking shoes that I could get excited about, it's usually stuff like engineer boots and military boots and stuff like that <salivates>

I meant people posting pics of their own feets and their own shoes, you DIVs

OK, only have this photo because these were a 30th birthday present from a couple of friends. They were given to me in a Kirt Gieger bag. I asked who that was, and got the impression it wasn't the right question to ask. :D

My favourite all time shoes of the last couple of years (they look a bit battered so apologies)

Like both of those, I've found some great shoes in the chazza - my current faves are some bespoke bench made mens brogues, in my size - for a fiver, from a chazza in the Lake district.
