Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park

I was there on Sunday and ended up spending the whole evening in the little German hut bars watching an old German guy do play dodgy songs on his keyboard and an 'elf' who was blatantly off his tits run around dancing and picking up litter.

We were quite drunk and stoned but ended up staying there for quite a few hours and had a great night. Didn't even get as far as the Christmas market (which is half the reason we went). The funfair is basically a regular funfair with white lights, look out for the horse thing with added antlers!

I went yesterday. It's much, much bigger than the last time I visited and it's actually quite a pleasant day out. Some of the attractions are fabulously over the top and there's some impressive rides there.

It's free to get in so you can just wander about without spending anything.

My role was strictly observational yesterday! Some of the rides look bloody amazing.
