for this reason alone, they have a chance...

if that happens, there will only be one nation's posters who are responsible for it, and i can assure you, it won't be england's.

Ok.

We beat a 'shit' Scottish team. ( I think they are not that bad tbh)

The point is that we saw a young team that we have hoped would come together for the last two years, actually come together. We looked like a team for once. And we did it without Bellamy, Gabbidon, Collins and Collison. (and Giggs btw)

We are not crowing.A lot of us here have stood up for Toshack's youth policy on other MB's. And been slaughtered.

We are not saying we'll win anything. Would be amazing to us if we qualify for anything.

The only poster here betting on Wales in 2012 is English.

And good luck to him.

I forgot to add that we have never, never, seen a player like Aaron Ramsey take the match by the throat with sheer skill and individual brliliance.

Forgive us for being excited.

see, i don't think you'll qualify, but that's a decent post with some good reasons. good luck to you. you won't find many englishmen hoping you don't qualify.

yup good luck to you. more home nations that qualify the better, makes it more interesting....

odds are against you.... ramsey looks exciting but so many players before have (bentley was the new beckham.. saying that id still sign him) and dont make it... but once again... you have collins....so... cant argue :P

Another Englishman hoping you qualify here.

Not sure about any "nation" being better than others though, it's a random collection of individuals accidentally born in an area with good and bad therein.

the idea that something - whatever it is - makes you 'better' than your neighbours, automatically means that you're not.

We are not going to qualify for Euro 2012 in my opinion, but I voted 'yes' because I refuse to vote against my country.

At the end of the day we're lucky to have a national side we could be like Catalunya or Euskadi and not have our team recognised. I know nationalism is frowned upon in England but the football team is one of the few things we have that is genuinely Welsh and ours, with rugby it's still got the trappings of subservience and the 'good old Prince of Wales' despite the patriotic bluster.

I'm just grateful for the chance to watch us play all over Europe and enjoy some quality away trips. If we can pick up the results then that's great. If we don't qualify, well we're used to that, we'll just have to keep trying again. I'd rather be down to earth and realistic about our chances than behaving like a world power.

Nobody in Wales is crowing about us qualifiying by the way! Attendances are at a very low ebb!

The Wales U21 squad for this afters game against Bosnia-Herzgovina. C'mon boys, this is a very strong line up and atleast half could be lining up in the full team very shortly and for the next 5-10 years!

I only know t three players in the starting 11 and that is it.

and im not convinced ive ever seen vokes play.

Oh i tell i lie, mark bradley but he is gash.

Scotland Under-21s are top of their group too.

Slovakia (in among this Welsh hysteria, let's not forget a real emerging nation) are top too
