I got a nice pair of linen trousers for about £12 last week, and a 100% cotton shirt from Tesco for only £2.50, so I'm a hypocrite

They're probably exactly the same workers who are making the goods at very low wages that we buy for vastly inflated prices. High prices don't neccessarily mean better working conditions for the people making them.
