Why's my vodka frozen?

dunno - my vodka has never frozen in the freezer, just that if i did find a way of making a vodka ice lolly i would put a chilli in the middle for decorative purposes (im always stiking chillis in bottles of vodka because i like chilli vodka so my vodka lolly would already be chilli flavour.

Sorry to mislead you into thinking I had the answer !

yeah, the top hit in google says that a 40 % isopropyl alcohol/water
solution starts freezing at about -30 C. Still probably to cold to a home freezer.
Our old freezer used to freeze all sorts of vodka. Turned out it was running around -32C. Which explained our electric bill - turns out it never shut off!

Actually, my freezer is extremely cold, I'm going to turn it up a bit.
