Do you really crave charcoal? I've heard of such extreme cravings, like wanting to eat pencils, and have been a bit miffed that I've had no such strong desires to eat weird things. All I've wanted is whole packets of Choco Leibniz biscuits, but there's really nothing new in that.

Come to think of it, I did have a week early on in the pregnancy where all I could think about was eating chicken-flavoured crisps. But I used to have weeks like that anyway, before I was up the duff.
