Yes, yes, perception and all that but the word does have a stock definition: Someone who uses violence either (or both) physical or psychological violence against non-military trgets in order to achieve specific agendas.

Rabin under this definition? Not at all. Ironically, it is actual Jewish terrorists that are responsible for his death (one actual killer, Kahanist, many supporters and accomplices) so it is a pretty strange comment.
