Who's up for coming to the next Uglyfunk with me then?

I'm not sure how much was down to the sound or coming hyped up from Motorheadache.

I barely danced at all. :(

Yes. Motorheadache were always going to be a hard act to follow. Fucking blinding!! (Motorheadache). :)

Aye... It was certainly the high point of the night!

Decibel Breach / Uglyfunk / Resonance104.4FM

 think you lot are getting old moaning bout the noise, it was hardly Notting Hill carnival? For those liking unexpected slants on their beats follow the decibel breach blog which now has a load of new mixes from Uglyfunk crew and more. The show is back on air finally broadcasting in central london saturdays at midnight. We've had some class mixes already.

Decibel Breach blog
Not so much 'listen again' as more audio assault in some cases but we like to keep things hard.

The previous series is also linked to on the blog.

Personally I've always liked the Uglyfunk stuff, apart from some of the really chin-stroking up it's own arse stuff anyway.

The Sunday at Bloc earlier this year was fucking fantastic, for example.

Keep it up I say.

It's just I just don't like this particular venue.

It wasn't the level of the noise that was a problem, but the quality - the sound in the second room was all muffled, like all the treble had been cut.

I'll definitely be back at Uglyfunk though. Well, if I can be arsed to schlep to Hackney Wick ;)
