It is a modern flat. The laminate floor is ok, but wasn't the choice of the occupent; it came with the flat which is rented. Note the inhereted dining furniture which is older than the refurbishment of the flat by the landlords - whilst the flat has a modern interia and the furniture too is generally modern, the dining table and chairs and a few other pieces come with a friendly ghost.

ooh, this is a tough one! (no, i dunno who it is yet, but i'm pretty sure it's a man- the choice of furniture looks pretty stylish/sophisticated, with a distinctly "masculine" touch... just look at that desk!)

Whoever it does belong to, it's a very nice place btw. I'm assuming design professional of some kind, partly because there's work everywhere and partly because 'normals' don't have enough taste. That pendant light is in a bit of a weird position though. Is that a black rubber dildo on the closest chair in the top photo?

I didn't take a photo of my office bookshelf (the room with the black booze cabinet) cos the geeky books might have given it away. As well as the Danish dictionary.
And they weren't electric toothbrushes but candle holders.
And of course scandinavian wooden floors are cool. Laminate my arse.
