Who will be buying Ugg Boots this year?

That sounds about right - they are that price on the Ugg website (for the 'Classic Tall' ones)

I have a pair in Chocolate colour & love them.

I've also got Short Chocolate ones [which i practically wore non-stop since i bought them :o] and i just bought a pair of Short Grey ones.

They look really nice with Jeans & Grey goes with most colours!

I always thought they were waterproof.

I'm planning on buying a pair this week, (and I think they look great when worn in) but that's really dissapointing for that price.:(

You can actually get some protective spray stuff that 'kind of' protects them from the rain or the Metallic coloured ones are made of Leather.

I bought my Grey ones off Ebay.........so maybe look there if you want them a bit cheaper.

Can't you get pretend ones, or is that a wrong thing to say. I never thought about getting any but in the spring, I went to the doctor and she had some goooorrrrrgeous metallic ones on. And I wanted them but 140 for comfy boots feels wrong to me.

I know what you mean, but i rarely buy other new shoes or Boots. I already have a few 'going out' and a few 'casual' sorts of footwear which are still in pretty good condition - so don't need replacing at all.

Basically, instead of buying 2 or 3 pairs of new shoes/Boots a year like some women, i buy a new pair of Uggs....which i wear on and off throughout the whole of Autumn, Winter & Spring.

If you look at it that way, £140 isn't that disasterous IMO!;)

i don't like Ugg boots much cos of how sloppy they seem to get. seeing girls shuffle along the road in them is a bit offputting.

another shout out for Rocket Dog boots.

that's one label i do know - their shoes and boots last for ages, and i like their square toes too.

I don't understand how they can be worn to death like that... I'm pretty careful with mine. The shuffling thing is annoying - "pick up your feet!" - lol

£140, £170! I didn't realise the hideous looking things cost so bloody much! Surely you can buy a nice pair of heels for that price? Please girls, they look awful - wear heels! :)

For me, Heels aren't very practical/comfy when walking around the shops or if you're walking a lot in general.

The thing with Ugg Boots is, they are so comfortable. Fit flops were the same for me in the Summer.

I do wear heels when i'm going out of an evening though. ;)
