Of course. I said the same myself. But that's a long way from saying that we shouldn't capitalise on his death. I'm sorry, but we should - however emotive the language used to declare that we shouldn't.Perhaps it's more an issue of how it's done, rather than the principle of it?
"By Order Of The Government Of The Dead" just makes me cringe, for example.
Well yes, it would be insensitive to try to contact the family about it, which is why it might be best if they just didn't do it, the blokes not even buried yet and these idiots are already jumping up and down on his grave shouting slogans.
It's one thing protesting against police brutality outside the police station, but all these false shows of grief are distasteful as fuck.

Of course. I said the same myself. But that's a long way from saying that we shouldn't capitalise on his death. I'm sorry, but we should - however emotive the language used to declare that we shouldn't.
How Newshamebore and how fucking insensitive. You see thats why to most WC dont bother with any of you lot or even go near radical politics anymorehttp://ianbone.wordpress.com/2009/04/08/ian-tomlinsons-son-describes-cop-attack-as-sickening/
Today Mr Tomlinson’s son Paul King, 26, branded the attack “sickening” and demanded a criminal investigation after viewing the video footage. He said his father had been at Monument station at about 7pm where he had been helping to sell the Standard.
He was trying to make his way home to a hostel near Smithfield Market but could not follow his normal route because of police cordons.
Mr King said: “This video clearly shows an unprovoked attack by a police officer on a passer-by. It is sickening. There must be a full-scale criminal investigation.
“The officer concerned and the other officers shown in the video must come forward.
“Questions must also be asked about the hyping up of the prospect of violence in the run-up to the demonstrations. An atmosphere was created in which this sort of conduct became more likely.”
Mr King told how his mother and sister are struggling to come to terms with his father’s death. He said: “We want answers: Ian clearly had his hands in his pockets and his back towards the police. There is no need for them to step in towards him.”

It seems like the meltdown lot are trying to hi jack the protest movement to me. They are related to royalty, attend cambridge and quote test from the novels that oxbridge says is clever and worthwhile. Plus their whole manner of speech is follow us, we have worthy high brow values, we are the upper class and the queen will save you all. Like we are all about to be knighted by the queen if we follow them.
off with their heads I say![]()

I'm going with 'fucking poor taste' on this one![]()
