Used 3.11 until 1999 I think, and that was with a big American bank. The changeover to 95 was pretty traumatic.
I also remember Xtree and WordPerfect with some affection, WordPerfect 7 did everything you genuinely needed. Just as Word killed WordPerfect, I was working with Paradox until Access (unbelievably) killed that too.
In it's day, 3.11 seemed absolutely marvellous. Unless you'd ever used a Mac of course.
somehow i doubt if you have, or Desqview, or the old two letter Norton Utilities, like FF. But old habits die hard, there are still occasions that i use a wee text editor called Zedit, which is still configured with Wordstar commands- Ctrl Y to delete a line, Ctrl U to delete a word and so on.
I used it at a gig I had in 98. Couldn't save docs with names, had to write down it's the number in a notebook attached to the monitor with a piece of string
