I got a ericson upstairs I got in 98 that was state of the art as had a infrared modem into I could connect to my psion and get email. Pulled it out the other day and think it has grown since i put it away I cant belive I used to carry it round with me.

Think im on my last smartphone though, next contract I'm getting of 3 so I can use any phone, sell whatever hi tech phone I get when sign a new contract whilst still new and use £10 second hand models I dont care if i drop in a lake and will have better reception then the lump of shit that is the N80. Its great until you want to use it as a phone, as opposed to camera, mp3 player and all the other stuff I dont need.

yep! mine's one of those blue rubber nokia ones. 5210e apparently. it doesn't take photos or do anything other than ring/send me messages.

I have a nokia 1100(I think). Very basic but that's why I like it. Pogofish lent me his old samsung about 18 months ago(it flipped up and stuff) and I just couldn't come to terms with it so I gave it back.

My first phone was a Sony Ericcson(freebie from the credit card like TA)
