this is not aimed at you btw, biddly. you only said it's not summery, not that it's not summer :)
Ta :D did worry for a moment. It's still been warm today, even if a bit grey. Blue skies for getting home from the gym... might have a drink on the roof

I'm sorry about the foot thing Dodgepot, I am - but you have to let it go. It was, like, FOUR years ago or something - maybe even more! And I was on lots of drugs, I was skewed.

see it as a bonding experience, from that night we've made a jolly good chum :)

anyone that can get you to shout fuck off at them is probably an all round good egg

dodgers shouted "your mum" at me the first time he met me

what des that mean? What has my mum ever done? she likes mild cheese and everything :(

You know the worst thing? Or maybe the best...

I don't even REMEMBER you shouting fuck off at me dodgepot. I don't even remember it.

Hello Mr Hoard. I can't imagine you with a slice of edam no matter how hard I try :)

*hearting* people is out dodgepot, so I'm cynical about your declaration.

We in Canada don't often get great British cheeses, and we already make a superlative cheddar on our own. Mostly, the British cheeses on offer are those St. Ivel's ones (designed, I think, to demonstrate that chalk and cheese aren't really all that different after all). But I discovered a perfectly wonderful English cheddar a few weeks ago-- "Abbot's Gold Cheddar" that has carmelised onions speckled through it. Simply lovely stuff!

Personally I believe the problem of people eating mild cheese is entirely down to confusion. Many seem to believe that since mild cheese is labelled cheese that it is produced for the same reason as proper cheese, in fact that is not the case. I am convinced that with proper labelling of mild cheese most people would soon understand their error and return to using mild cheese for it's original purpose, as tile grout.

I used to eat mild cheese because it's cheaper per kilo.

I also used to buy fruit juice made from concentrate, and commit other unspeakable acts of turpitude.
