I don't know why this has dragged on so long it's so fucking simple.
Problem: Migrant labour undercuts local labour
'A class position': Unions are forced to campaign for wage agreements in all sectors and to go on a recruitment drive among migrant workers. We should be achieving the position where no-one works unless it's for the union-agreed minimum for a sector.
There's no short cut to this and it's the only solution that doesn't play into the hands of the racists.
