My experience of travelling in countries where the average annual wage is a few hundred dollars is that people in those countries benefit from money sent back to them by relatives and by being able to move to a richer country. You seem to be suggesting I to say to them, 'You can't work in my country - you're the wrong nationality. I'm keeping that privilege to myself.'

No i'm suggesting that if you take Internationalism seriously you have to look at the International consequences of supporting free market policies on migration. Which means supporting Rich countries taking the skilled workers poorer countries need most.
