Cancelling ALL dates up to the end of the year? ALL of them? So quickly too? Not just cancelling some of them, thinking the 'anxiety' might respond to rest/treatment? Also, does Meg strike you as the anxious type? I know that's a bit of a flippant remark like but...nah...I'm not convinced
 
From last week's holymoly mailout...

According to the US grapevine, Meg White is trying to quash her anxiety (White Stripes cancel tour dates etc). She is so anxious that she has recently been resorting to drinking all day to calm herself down.

So Meg's a pisshead? No surprise there...afaik she always was. Perhaps it just got a lot worse then. Still...you'd think with her dosh she could afford a bit of rehab

anyway...it doesnt make sense and soj said it far better than me.

id put my money on a massive row.
 
She has slept with one of the other band members and when she went back for more they told her it was only a drunken one off and she has gone off on a huff.

Remember you heard me make it up here first.
 
I guess once you've seen people housebound for substantial periods of time from anxiety disorders, it doesn't seem quite so unfeasible that a musician could cancel all their upcoming tours.

But then I haven't heard anything about her mental state, so I'm just saying it's possible rather than it's actually the case.
 
She could be worried about the sex tape of her (allegedly) doing the rounds. I just saw it and it really looks like her.
 
FYI anyone who brought the tickets for the NEC gig directly from the NEC Box office.

They won't refund you until you actually send the tickets back to them. Assumed they would refund my account anyway, but no, not content with ripping me off for postage in the first place, I have to pay even more to send them the damn thing's back.

Don't know if this is the same for other venues depending on what service you used!
 
I got sent a link to that last night - did look just like her, but then shes not the most distinctive looking lady - must be plenty of lookalikes around.

Anyone know who the guy's sposed to be?
