theres one at the doghouse in dundee, every second thursday. thats where i go.

Is it on the tube network? Zone 5? 
I just noticed that Needle and Thread, who run the very worthwhile open mic at the Herne Hill Half Moon on Tuesdays, are now also doing a weekly open mic on Wednesdays at the Red Star in Camberwell.
I also just noticed an intriguing-sounding new open mic at the Market Trader at Liverpool Street on fortnightly Fridays. I know nothing about it other than the fact it's called You're Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go, and I reckon any night such an inappropriately over-long name, and which is also of course a very good Bob Dylan song, must be worth a look in.
