American football - it's so shit/boring they have to have dancing girls on the sidleine to keep spectators entertained.
Baseball - just don't get it.
Basketball - Mindnumbingly boring (100 points per game, focus on quantity) and daft chants (DEFENCE! DEFENCE!). Learn some decent songs!
