"Chiefly average suburbia - Wembley will never hit the highest of high spots - good solid property for people with middle range incomes.Hottest spots - Wembley Park - the Lindsay Drive Estate - Woodcock Hill.Plenty of pleasant if unimaginative semis (ribbon developoment) for 6 to 7K.Wy is not all joy - in parts there are stadium crowds to contend with or factory backyards.Be wary. Good shoping around the High St (pre Brent X which ripped the guts out of it ...!) - open air swimming pools / yachting / ice skating.".
