where have you been in London today?

Is it? I'd have thought you'd be closer to MH than that.

Today I have been to Homerton. Yesterday, I went to Newington Greenish (to Romeo and Guilietta for ice cream. 😋)
Basically did the 254 bus route , I guess I could have shaved some time with an alternative route but not much.

I walked there the other week (along Brownswood Rd and up) then back round via Clapton Pond and didn't feel that far but wasn't really paying attention to the time.

Did you notice the swankyish looking Travelodge they're building next to the station? Actually very well located if you're a tourist and just want a quick in and out to Central London...

where??

are you sure it's not somewhere fictional that some map makers have put on the map, either as a joke, or to see if anyone else is copying their maps?

:p

You mean like a paper town? Or an otherwise fictional map marker?

I wasn't being entirely serious

Although I'm aware that trap streets exist

and that occasionally maps include things that ended up never being built (I have a couple London A-Z type things from c. 1939 that include bits of road / railway that were never completed / built (e.g. the northern line north of edgware, a chunk of south circular road through the grove park area)
