I have already published a theory that some fat people are fat not because they eat too much, but because they don't actually eat enough. As a result of calorie deficiency caused by long-term undereating, the body 'trips a switch' and starts a different metabolic process, which causes the body to work twice as hard to convert and store energy as fat, in an attempt to prevent starvation. The reverse has happened to me. I overate for too long and now my body works twice as hard to shed fat, thus I remain thin despite having a significantly higher calorific intake than the average person!



Do you feel odd cutting straight to a lunch style meal? I'm in a dither because I'd decided to have Bran Flakes for breakfast but then I forgot. Now I don't know whether to have the Bran Flakes now or if I should have something more lunchy

FUCK OFF!!If it helps, I had a banana at 5.30am, porridge at 7am, I've just wolfed down a bag of crisps, I'm half way through a sausage roll with brown sauce and I've got a nice big tub of fresh fruit for after.
Why don't you start with that and see how you go?![]()
