God, I totally forgot my ultimate guilty pleasure - any and all of those Next Top Model/Make Me A Supermodel shows. I spent a blissful 4 hours watching ANTM one hungover Sunday at the in-laws'...was gutted to be finally levered off the sofa and away from the cable!

I just adore this show especially the 2 Jay's and Tyra's terrible evening dresses.

no wonder I like Dallas so much! it's just as tacky

Then there's all the You are what you clean stylee nonsense, all the weight loss programmes like Biggest Loser which are usually accompanied by an ironic unhealthy snack and entire presentations on the shopping channel. Not the good ones like Lock & Lock or Yankee Candles on QVC but the terrible ones on the cheapo channels for impossibly good products like carpet cleaners and steamers
