What's your favourite kitchen appliance?

my knives...a wooden spatula and the hand blender, which is not as good as a proper blender though so easy to use, clean etc

I'm sorting out my ma's things and I found a mincing machine I remember from when I was little - so that'll be over 50 years ago.
It attaches to a kitchen table top with a clamp and a big handle to turn and a funnel that you feed stuff into. Wing nuts and bits that all come apart.
Brilliant!
Ma used to make rissoles with it.
