I think my all time favourite is a jalfrezi, that lovely blast of fresh green chilli.
However, it is wise to be cautious. My local place back when I still lived in Camden got a new chef. I thought it unusual for there to be so many green beans in a jalfrezi. Alas, they were some sort of ultra-ferocious chilli, nagas or similar. How my dinner companions laughed as I gasped and sweated ...
Normally it would be Prawn Puri Puri i like baltis as well. Though to be honest most of the time i just eat sag paneer with mushroom rice and a small truck load of poppadums... poppadums are the best bit of the meal for me
Vege jalfrezi balti, saag paneer, peshwari naan, poppodoms, mango chutney, onion bhajis, cold grolsch. buy so much you can eat it the next day too *drools like homer*
