Yes, I can. The vast majority of cars here are automatic, and most people can't drive a standard.

I think boats and trains are 'romantic' rather than 'sexy' - a powerboat is 'sexy', a superbike is sexy, a sports car is sexy - passion, power and good looks. They're a one night stand rather than a long term commitment IYSWIM.

Quite, and they're mainly ugly piles of North American shite as well. Only 2 good cars have ever come out of the US - the Shelby Cobra and the Mustang MkIII. Everything else is over-engined lumps of shite with no beauty, style or panache about them.
